Hopefully the next time you see me, I'll be wearing one of these :)

Coats

Now that Fall is quickly approaching, it, of course, has me thinking about winter :/
I love all seasons, but with my need for tropical weather and this being my first Philadelphia winter... I'm preparing for the worst! Here are some styles of coats I've been looking at lately!
Obviously, I'm looking for longer trench-like coats to keep in my heat! I'm usually interested in more hippy/bohemian styled clothing, but I've been really digging the vintage styles that are out right now. The cuts and patterns can be very complimenting! Here is where you can find these and among other fun apparels--> Ruche.

Bohemian Wedding!

So, I am no where near getting married, but it doesn't hurt to plan ahead, right? I am Sooo Inspired by this Bohemian styled wedding!! The colors, the headband, the flowers, the scenery, and most of all the Bus ;)

The hanging lights and ornaments are fun, I love her headband, and the picnic idea is very earthy and intimate.

Drinks in Jars labeled with fabric, and the hanging flower bouquet is suCh a beautiful touch!

and honestly... who wouldn't loVe riding away in a classic VW Bus?? So Fun!

Deliciousness!

Home Made Black Bean Burgers!!
Ingredients:
black beans (1 can, 15oz)
1/2 yellow onion copped
1 egg
olive oil (1 to 2 tablespoons)

bread crumbs (1 cup)
dried oregano (1 teaspoon)
dried basil (1 teaspoon)
cayenne pepper (to taste, depending on how spicy you like things)
cumin (1/4 tablespoon)
salt & pepper (to taste)

Directions:
Mix all of the dried ingredients while the black beans are cooking.

Then mash black beans to your desired consistency, i like to leave it a little chunky for texture. add the egg, dried ingredients, and olive oil.
After that, you just mix and shape. place them on a large oiled skillet over medium heat until golden brown on each side.

Once you start making it you'll see how fast and easy it is :) It was my first time making them myself and they turned out fantastic! Since it was my first time experimenting with it, I made little sliders and cut my bread into four pieces for the bun. Added some Annie's Yellow Mustard (my Favorite mustard!) and some broccoli on the side. It was Delicious! Next time, I'll add some avocado to it <3

getting lost...

Today started out as an adventure to an Antique Car Show in Greenville, DE. On the walk there, though, we got so caught up in the amazing weather combined with lovely sights that we never even made it! We came across some beautiful little finds so I thought I'd share them :)
 Old Abandoned Buildings <3
 Crazy Berries!
 The Scenery...
And a Classic Little Boxcar Shot <3

Some words of advice: Always take advantage of the little opportunities to get lost in life! It feels so refreshing to just go out and explore the space around you, plus you never know what you'll find <3
